Ok after dropping to 6% body-fat, I hope I can add some lean mass within the next few months. Managed to gain some weight, which I believe had to do with muscle-memory more than anything (since I stopped working out for a week due to the flu).
I still think I'm going to do cardio once a week, don't want my body-fat going higher than 8%!
