Okay. Today is a brand new start for me. I've had enough ups and downs this year to last a lifetime and no wonder I've yo yoed. This time... No matter what happens to me... I'm NOT getting off the train.. even if it wrecks I'm on for the long haul. Today I started the 24 day diet.. Advocare with vitamins and it calls for eating no processed foods or dairy which should be pretty easy since I'm not suppose to be eating dairy anyway. Basically during the 24 days I will be detoxing.. to undo the damage I've done over the last 8-9 months. I am starting to go back to the gym... 3-5 times a week... starting today. I have a gym buddy :) Thank Goodness.. I measured myself last night... and I set goals for myself by the end of the 24 days. After my 24 day detox... I'm going to continue logging my food consistantly and begin the spike diet (Dairy free of course)..... This will allow myself a once a week splurge day that I don't have to worry so much about over doing it with calories since I've cut back 6 days during the week to allow for it. I've got 80 pounds to lose.. and time is a wasting....
