So today, Saturday morning, as I am sitting down on my desk to work (shopping for you will have to wait for a few hours, sorry Lindi) I decided to give a close look to my food habits. I think that I have gone a little overboard with my eating habits. The fact that something is allowed does not mean that I have to have it. So, I will spend my "mine" hours of this weekend to figure out a few things and plan my meals for Sunday to Wednesday.
