Hi to my buddies first of all.I know you are all doing well.Also the rest of you too.I can't find my measurements yet that I took when I first started,if my head wasn't attached I'd misplace that too.Lane made a good point about the scale.Its not the only thing that is showing success,I know a lot of people measure that and that alone as being successful.But as Lane pointed out take measurements.Good advice Lane. When I was in my profession our clients and patients put so much stock in that scale there always was a lot of tears and debates. I started Atkins on Feb. 8 and so far its looking good.A bump here and there but nothing dramatic.I added Fage greek yogurt today IMO its the best.I did well with strawberries so now I will see how my bode reacts to this new food.I skipped the nuts rung because when I eat too many which I do,it gives me an attack.I have almond meal in the freezer to try with a recipe but will do that later.Oneof the major things that has helped me is to weigh everyhing and write down everything.I know it gets to be a pain,but in the long run its worth it.I know how to use my hand to measure foods,but at this time want to be more exact.What ever works for you is okay.
