I'm still holding at 168-171 but I've been on/off my plan. Haven't been feeling well and just didn't feel like dealing with it. Actually I'm not really hungry but have been eating things that I probably should avoid.
I'll get back into the swing of things. At least I do eat a good lunch most days and try to eat well at night, just too late at night or sometimes I grab take out which I need to stop!
Just trying to keep warm and dry, we have been having some strange weather in FL lately and I don't have heat, but at least I have an electric blanket and someone gave me a space heater so I'll crank that up when I get home for me & the cats.
