Well not lost any weight for the past week or so... too many social events (very enjoyable) but on the plus side have not gained any weight :)

So I am zoned and back on track with 8 weeks till my holiday... would love to loose that 7lbs so can be in the 11 stones region and also have a BMI of overweight and not Obese....x

1126 kkal Lemak: 28,02g | Prot: 45,73g | Karb: 171,68g.   Makan Pagi: 1% Fat Milk, oat so simple indulgent white chocolate & rasberry porriage. Makan Siang: cup a soup chicken flavour, Belgian Chocolate & Vanilla Mousse, fresh strawberries, grapes. Makan Malam: Crustless Mediterranean Vegetable Quiche, coleslaw, cucumber, tomatoe, potatoe. Camilan/Lainnya: dairylea cheese triangles, flatbreads salt & cracked black pepper, 1% milk. lagi...
