Makan Siang: Tesco Wafer Thin Ham, Cheddar Cheese , Anchor Butter, Tesco Finest Super Seeded Farmhouse Bread. Makan Malam: Sainsbury's British Mackerel Fillets. Throw approx 160g dedicated coconut, 8tbsp ground almond, 3tbsp coconut milk, 3tbsp melted coconut oil, 2 tbsp maple syrup into food processor. Sprinkle worktop with some dessicated coconut, roll mixture into balls and roll on sprinkled worktop. Done. Store in fridge
Still working with this but note if too runny add more almond, if too dry and more syrup
