I just found this site that i am so happy with.. it tells me my caloric intake which i am very happy about since I was told i can only obtain 2500 calories a day.. I am getting to the point where i am ready mmm.. and away we go..ahh

Those calories are guidelines. You may lose great eating 2500 a day or you may need to adjust it as you go. As you lose weight, you will need less calories to keep going. So give it a go and see what happens.
