Tuesday and it has been a whirlwind so far!! I am coordinating a conference for Monday and have many last minute things to arrange AND see my clients!! ARGHH!!!
Scale declined slightly today which I was grateful for. I know this is normal after an indulgence day so I'm just going to plug on ahead. Unfortunately it is 2 pm and I am out of food and hungry!!! DRAT. Dinner is still a long ways off. May have to go buy me some meat and gnaw on it!!
No gold panning on Saturday though hubby did dig out some dirt from a local creek and panned on Sunday. I however diligently worked on my training presentation indoors while he played in the dirt.
Anyway ... just wanted to say "hey" if ever so quickly. All is well ... life is good ... I am still 5'10" tall.

LOL Carol..I used to be 5'8"..now I am 5'7"..lost and inch so now I have to weigh less to compensate..Grrrrr....I guess thats why my belly pouches out...would love to have some lipo done in that area...but then
I have no idea where the fat would wind up..I need more butt...mine is gone...LOL...Have a great evening...:O)
