Well no running last night but we did go for a steady paced walk for an hour around the lake. I ran errands after work and didn't make it home until after 7. It was an extremely busy work day on top of this, I was just too pooped to take on a new challenge, as I did work around the house for a bit also. RAIN again today so not sure if I will get that run in tonight or not but I definitely plan to try!
