I am working at keep my calorie intake between 2500 and 2700 per day. the Recommended Daily Intake I am on is for an active person which calculates to 2700. I would like to loose more than a pound a week. I have 20 pounds to loose in 3 months.

I have noticed most of my eating revolves around boredom. When I am just watching TV or I am really not that hungry but just wandering around the house.
