So in preparation for tomorrow, today I cooked Kale, made the potato salad and my husband cooked ribs on the grill that I dipped in my homemade barbeque sauce. Tomorrow I will cook the turkey, macaroni and cheese, stuffing and sweet potato casserole. Also making pies for dessert. Yes, I will be having "A" plate with a little of everything and 1 piece of pie. The key is to not go back for another plate! Think I will get in about 45 - 60 minutes of exercise as well. Friday, back to the grind. 😊
