Today was pretty good. I think I'm going to look back at my food entries from the beginning of my journey and start over again. Eating the meals from then. Exercise is still an issue. When do people have time for this? Between work, 5 kids and appointments? I do need rest!rrrrr! Got to work it in!

Try to do little things like park your car far from the shopping center, office appt, etc, when you go to the bathroom at work do squats in the restroom, and arm circles, while you are in the kitchen do push-ups against the counter and leg lifts, etc, just a suggestion...I couldn't imagine having five kids, I have one and that is plenty ;)

Great advice Gabbyndap. Those little things add up. Any chance to move, "just do it" is my new mind-set which is helping immensely. I thought I joined the group "What to feed your face? healthy food database and don't see it on my group list yet. Does it take awhile or should I try again? Thanks for the tip on this group, Lisa online.
