I know I haven't been here in awhile, but I'm back again.... this week was a better one than in past ones, so I hope to keep it going. I've been on/off my woe but again I'm ok. I'm trying a new one starting Monday, I looked to see if it was listed but don't see it. Is anyone familiar with the Almased Diet? It is a powder meal replacement and sounds good to get me back on track. Maybe we can start a group with that diet?
