This should be a MUCH higher gain, my only thought is that I’’be lost muscle from not exercising. I fell off the wagon, big time. This diet, like all others, is either all or nothing for me. Many previous posts have questioned how I’ll live my life and maintain weight loss.
I’m back on the food starting today until I get back to 175.
I read that The Biggest Losers maintain their weight loss by exercising 2 hours per day! That’s a wake up call to me of how much exercise plays in keeping the weight off. If I want to cheat, I’m responsible to burn off those extra calories!
81,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 19,8 kg.    Sisa: 0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
