I went UP? WTF? I have been working out, watching what I eat and I go UP? Ugh. Talk about a bummer. guess we will do the measurements, maybe there is still some improvement.

waist (including lovehandles): 36
waist (ribs): 31.5
butt: 38
bust:36.5
Thigh: 22
Arm: 11

same in most. up in waist (ribs) down in thigh. Just gonna keep on it. Maybe need to step it up some more. Just keep moving forward.
61,7 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 8,2 kg.    Sisa: 8,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
