This week I have been mildly working on trying to eat wisely and exercise consistently. I'm anticipating my weigh-in coming up this weekend. I plan to weigh in once a week following Weigh Watchers example, not that I'm doing their diet but I use to, but I'm following their lead because I think they are great. So, I'm just a little bit nervous wrapping up my week :-)
