Day 3 on atkins. Not to bad over all. 20 carbs a day no problem. except that i work in the land of carbs and have absently minded went for carbs. caught myself though it's just a matter of getting into the habbit of going to get my approved snack or ordering something that works for me.

Lihat Kalender Diet, 15 April 2012:
1028 kkal Lemak: 80,93g | Prot: 50,62g | Karb: 25,54g.   Makan Pagi: Scrambled Egg, milk, Colby Jack Cheese, Scrambled Egg. Makan Siang: red onion, cucumber, cheese, hard salami, italian dressing, grape tomatoe, spring mix. Makan Malam: bacon, green onion, mushrooms, milk, grape tomatoe. Camilan/Lainnya: pepperoni, peanuts, bread. lagi...
