Turkey burger, pepper jack cheese, Mayo, mustard and dilly bites. This has become one of my favorites Keto lunches. Going out to eat tonight, carbs may be higher than desired since usually the only safe food to order is a salad due to celiac.

Great to be able to enjoy yourself on a night out. Burgers are a great choice and steak without tenderizers.

@ruthe1213 I wanted to get chicken or fish at the restaurant last night but they weren't gluten free... soooo I had to have salad. ☹️ I barely ate any of my salad too, shockingly it was very filling for me. It had weird stuff I wasn't expecting in the side salad, like fruits... 🤷‍♀️
