Haven't weighed myself since I had 2 slices of Pizza and was up 2 lbs the next day. I chalk it up to "early days" and still having favorite foods I have to convince myself are worth giving up. The weight was sliding off before the pizza, hopefully it is again now that I'm back on course. I find SIMPLE is best for me, no fancy breakfast - just grab an ounce of cheese and have some nuts when I get hungry around 11am. Simple lunches (ham & cheese roll up, egg & tuna salad, sauceless chili) simple dinners (Chicken or Ground beef & broccoli w/Parmesan, Salad). No need for elaborate recipes, just eat basic foods plain & simple.

Sometimes the day after eating a lot of extra calories, unless those extra calories added up to around 3500 calories extra, the extra pounds are water weight. Just saying :-)
