Man this isnt easy when you are sick. I have stuck to eating right the last couple of days but I have gotten no excercise in. I am feeling 90% better today so I plan on getting in a good hour- hopefully! I already am so thankful for this site, it keeps me very motivated! I did learn that I need to only weigh myself once a week, I have found myself doing it every day and that gets very discouraging when I see a change and then it goes up and down, no fun!

Haha, it's crazy how a few numbers can drive us so crazy, isn't it? It's super hard to be sick when you're working on being fit and exercising regularly. But, your body needs you to be healthy in all aspects, so it's good you've been resting! Glad you're feeling better!

do not weigh yourself everyday! Ah!! I'm like the pot calling the kettle black, but you can't do that to yourself. When I'm in the bathroom and I see the scale on the floor, mocking me, asking me to get on, when I weighed myself not 14 hours before, I have to think, so I want to see a little drop (or worse case, a gain, eek!) or a big drop. I shut the light and leave the room after I answer the question.
