Well today I am starting FSD.This is really a tuff time in my life, I am dealing with alot of depression, that used to be treated with meds. I am chosing to exercise and get healthy and see if that helps. Summers are tuff for me, I have too much freetime on my hands. (I'm a school teacher) anyways~~ I ate mostly fruit. I don't think I drank enough water, and I drank like 3 diet cokes uggg (I have an addiction). Well I'm excited to see where this goes. I have met some really sweet people on here so far. Hang in there...free time is a good time to use for exercising and getting outside in the fresh air! You can do this, you just have to have your mind set to it! As hard as it may seem, try to stay away from soda, specially in the detox phase. I know it might be hard, but you have to push yourself so that you can accomplish your goal! Good luck to you!
