I went to the gym today and completed .8 miles on the treadmill (varied speed, and incline) I also used the elliptical trainer which is more difficult than I thought. I like that one though. I can immediately feel what muscles i'm working. I also went to the weight room and did some weighted crunches--160 lbs. All together it was about 30-40 minutes. Not bad for the first day, considering I haven't exercised in ages.
