Well Im really struggling to stay on track. Ive pretty much quit following my plan. I dont know how to get myself back on track. Im still eating realitivly good except now I alow myself snacks I really shouldnt. Yesterday I ended up eating a serving of poatoe chips and and some crackers with cheese and pickles. Now I wouldnt really blame myself to much if we were out with friends but I was just sitting at home. Hmmmm. I kinda seem to not really loosing either. I only record my LA weigh ins but havent been there for a couple days. My scale has stayed the same. I think I should go their this week and see if Ive lost or gained or what. (Their scale is WAY more accurate then mine)
