I gotta say it was a good day.... I went to the gym. Yay Me! I did 30 min on the elliptical and did 30 min of upper body weight training. I sweated, but I wasn't exhausted. Kinda like old times when I was a gym regular. I did get on the scale on Saturday and hadn't lost one once, so I didn't log my weight. I decided that I will weigh myself every Saturday morning to track my progress. I ate really well today too. Oatmeal for breakfast, a fiber one bar, a chicken breast sub on wheat bread from Quiznos, and for dinner we're having some curry chicken and brown rice. Of course there will be champagne at midnight...but then it's off to the gym again tomorrow to work it off. Cross your fingers you guys...I think I may just have my motivation back :)
