ok, I'm on day 3 of the 2nd run on the 3 day diet (after 2 weeks on CSD)Eeek and I'm up 174, ok this is enough up and down that pound (173 to 173.5 to 173 to 174) STOP IT! I'm going to take a day off tomorrow and eat fruit and vegies (some left over from CSD!) and then MONDAY it is Atkins day 1. This has got to work. Any words of wisdom/encouragement out there to help me on my journey?
