Journal: Tried some Keto recipes Sunday night. For two days (Sat and Sun) I did a OMAD fast. Probably pushing it. Keto Cauliflower Pizza readied for later Pizza. Will continue with 18/6 this week. And Consider an 20/4 for Oct through the Holidays. Keto on!!!!

So, how do you recover (or transition from) OMAD to an 18/6... are you eating something particular? Inquiring minds want to know (smile, I'll make you famous)!

Really nuts. I just kept the same window...on Sat and Sun...but only ate one meal...I was intending to eat usual 2nd meal - dinner...at 5pm... but was not hungry and never got to it on both days. Today,I transitioned back to the two meals in the eating 6hr eating window ( 1pm - 7pm window). I had a Keto contained meal for lunch and Keto Cobb salad for dinner. Done eating by 5:30 pm!!! Now its 1am. I will eat again at 1:30pm ... Nothing particular foods...check out my food diary...unless...as I suspect you are teasing me....;>) All good ...all Keto!

Thank you Garnieb- Think maybe I will try to continue OMAD on Weekends...but 18/6 M-F. Really love the boost. Thank you rnazon- For the complement on my journal. Doing it that way makes it easy to keep track and then the journal entry usually keeps me honest about my feelings surrounding Keto WOE. Fellow member PbSULAK gave me the idea/formula for Days to Loss Tracker. That's how we do it here---Together! My best to you.

I like the -lbs/day because, like the graphs of all our weigh-ins, it helps step back and look at the big picture and not sweat the daily up and down swings. Helps me know that any uptick in weight won't stick if I just keep on keeping on Keto. Nothing like a nice, even downward-sloped graph like yours!
