Ok...so I started yesterday...or so I thought...but I didn't quite feel like I was eating too healthy when I was tearing up some Sushi last night. I didn't over do it, but I definately didn't control my portions. Anyway, the way I look at it, I can do this. I've done it before. The actual process of losing weight is an easy, fool-proof formula. Simply burn more calories than you consume. The hardest part is actually following this formula. I'm hoping that blogging on here will hold me accountable, so if you're reading this...PLEASE hold me accountable... I'm losing weight for myself this time, which I think makes a huge difference. I want to be that Fine A** female that you see at the beach and your like " I want her body." I feel like I owe myself that feeling at least once...the feeling that I can go into any store and by something to wear. The feeling that I can ride my happy butt on all the rides at Six Flags. The feeling that I won't have to get this dreadful look from the doctor everytime I go for a checkup. Well here's to that feeling...wish me luck :) I start working out this weekend...and I'm oh so ready...Hot Body here come!

You can do it, you sound positive about your weight loss and how you want to lose it, that's the first step. Just stick with it!
