About a year ago I was at the store and saw that they had the men's track pants on sale. I thought I brought a size large instead it was men's medium. Pants wouldn't fit past my hips until today 🙂 you know you gained weight when sweat and track pants don't fit you lol. Just glad I can finally wear them! Again my scale may not be moving but I am making progress clothes are fitting better and my face looks thinner. Staying on track is the goal and I have remind myself it's not race it's a marathon and a lifestyle. I am doing this for me and no else! Have a Great rest of the week!
