Last weeks carb cycling test didnt go to bad. We did before and after photos and could see a slight change after the week.

Going back to my normal eating plan for the next week and half as I am going on holiday next week so there will be no training or meal planning. When I get back from my holiday I will start with carb cycling and give it my all.
