it's monday. three weeks to the day since surgery and have my doctor's permission to go back to work, so here I am...
after all is said and done and the time sheets tallied for my time off to get this procedure done I'm still in the plus side, barely...
Other than stiffness, some odd snap sounds as I step and aching there is no more of the 'if I where a bull my name would be 'Elmer' because I'd be glue' pain I've lived with for the last 6 (almost 7 years).
now, lets see if I can continue to keep the weight off.
