Bad Puss hasn't exercised since Saturday. I'm just so tired. I'm a professional insomniac with decades of experience, but lately it's been really bad. I haven't been able to knock off before 2-3am and then can't get up before 10. I hope it's just a phase and that my rhythms aren't trying to go back to being nocturnal.

Its hard sounds just like me. I think back and wonder how I ever got up early! Staying up late resently studying....now I up late out of habit! :/ I hear a good sleep pattern helps you loose weight?! I want to get into the habit of sleep early (like before 11pm) and wake up (at 8ish) for the gym to start my day!...Im slowly working towards that! Dont let the insomnia take over :)
