Did better at drinking my water at home this weekend. Still not enough though. Weight loss has been pretty steady the last few days.
I weigh myself every day in order to keep my goals in mind. I may change that once I am pretty comfortable with my progress. As long as the slope of my line is negative (indicating that weight is being lost) I am happy.
I have one of those digital scales that read body fat and hydration levels. It also records BMI. I do not put much faith in the actual numbers it comes up with but I do appreciate the relative differences between readings. Seeing the bodyfat levels and BMI constantantly go down ig great motivation.
Need to increase my calcium intake or take a supplement as muscle cramps are becoming a slight inconvienence.
