Ok so I want to document everything I ate but dont want to have to look for it because it really is alot!!

Friday after breakfast my sis came over and went to eat Mexican food. I had 2 fish tacos and 4 tacos de cabeza. Then I ate one McDouble, a small fry, two cherry pies, vanilla ice cream and 2 chocolate chip cookies. Ridiculous huh.

Saturday: no breakfast, croissant, salad, chocoloate chip cookie, 4 brownies,and cheesecake. McDouble and two cherry pies. 2 ham and cheese sandwiches and chips.

Sunday: hot chocolate, 8 pieces of pizza, soda, two handfuls of M & M's, big bowl of ice cream with hard chocolate. I want to start over tomorrow, I will start over tomorrow, I need to change this, my clothes dont fit me, i dont feel good about myself, i cant keep doing this. GOD please help me, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
