Oh to live by sugar mountain. I am talking to myself about what I did and why. Okay, it is the end of the February challenge, and I made a last minute decision to treat myself with sweets before taking on a new challenge in March! I am so addicted that I feel I need the "No Sweet" challenge. I feel quite icky right now and know I need to drink lots of water, eat veggies for dinner and start feeling better by the first of March.(Sigh) Why or why do I feel the need to do this sugar shock stuff?
