I'm not happy. I've gained weight after dealing with the emotions of splitting with my fiance; but, the more I eat, the more I gain, the more unhappy I become. So here is to restarting my diet, way of eating, lifestyle change, etc. I'm just so sad and tired of not being on the outside who I feel like I am on the inside. Recently stress has started to manifest itself physically. I'm going back to LCHF to find that blissful mental clarity and balance that I had. Wish me luck!
