TODAY IS THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2010. WELL, HERE I AM AGAIN AND I WANT TO REALLY GET RID OF ALL THE EXCESS THIS TIME. MY YOUNGEST CHILD IS 20 YEARS OLD AND I CAN REMEMBER WEIGHING 230 THEN AND HERE I AM TODAY STILL 85 POUNDS HEAVIER. I AM WATCHING WHAT I EAT AND HOW MUCH. SOME DAYS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS. I DON'T LIKE TO FEEL LIKE I'M MISSING ANYTHING SO SOME DAYS I WILL STILL EAT THOSE COOKIES OR BREAD, BUT I AM DOING BETTER NOT EATING AS MUCH OR EATING SALADS, FRUIT AND COTTAGE CHEESE. SO, IT'S GETTING BETTER. I WANT TO START WALKING AT LEAST 15-20 MINUTES A DAY AND USING THE ELLIPTICAL MACHINE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES. SO FAR I CAN DO ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND 10 OF WALKING. SO WE WILL SEE WHAT NEXT WEEK LOOKS LIKE.
