I give up. I haven't lost anything in a month. In fact, I've gained a few.

I'm never going to be skinny...I'm going to always be fat and there isn't anything I can do about it.

I quit.
105,7 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 3,2 kg.    Sisa: 42,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

I am sorry you are having such a difficult time. This time of year a lot of people struggle. Look back on the past month and be completly honest with yourself. Have you been following your plan the way you are supposed to? Are you getting in enough exercise? Drinking plenty of water? Maybe it's time to try a new plan, or a new exercise. Don't worry about getting skinny, try to work on being healthy! Take it one day at a time. Vow to eat more fruits and veggies this week. Try eating smaller meals more often and upping your protein. There are many things you can do to get yourself on track. Get some fitness magazines and read about all the things you can do to help motivate yourself. Remember you are worth the effort! I agree with Suzi161 - you CAN AND WILL be successful at weight loss - just focus on maintaining through the holidays if it is particularly challenging for you right now. I have subscribed to PREVENTION magazine - lots of good tips and I keep my weights out so it is easy to get in some exercise. I am not focusing on my weight loss as much as adopting a healthier lifestyle. You came here for a reason - a healthier lifestyle and to lose some weight - just keep journaling about your challenges and we will hold your hand and walk you through it -- believe me -- we have all been where you are and are willing to offer our support! Please, please don't give up - you owe it to yourself and you are worth it! Hope to see a new post from you soon!

Thanks for the support! Its a new week next week, although I'm still discouraged. This time of year sucks. I'm going to try some new tactics for exercise and I did subscribe to "Self" a month ago, which has some nice tips and things. It's soooo discouraging right now with the hollidays.
