So close to that magic first 10 pounds! Feels good to see the scale moving downward. I haven't yet felt like I am missing out on anything. I still have my ice cream, I just have a small vanilla cone instead of an entire pint of Ben & Jerry's. I feel like this is a very sustainable way to eat as I am still eating the same things everyone else does, just making better choices and being careful about portions. This is key for me, I can't see myself being able to drink smoothies all of the time or having to carry around little containers of my "special food". Onward!
