Hey all.. back from camping with my son this weekend. It was a great time, but it doesn't lend itself to the diet. Between that and the exams and such, it's been a bad period for any weight loss. I haven't even had time to exercise much. Starting tomorrow I am watching 3 extra kids for the summer. It's going to throw off my morning exercise routine, which is a pain. I'm switching back to Phase I in order to get moving on weight loss again. I'm also going to have to come up with a new routine for exercise. I won't have time tomorrow to weigh in, but I expect to on Wednesday. Midterms on Wednesday.. fun fun! :) Have a good day!
