yesterday, I hiked 1.7 miles straight up the side of a mountain. (not to mention it was like 96 degrees and humid here) I did it. My husband and 9 yr old along with several of our friends take this hike about every 2 years. It was a lot easier this year considering last time it was only 4 months after having had my second child. SO this go around I was about 45 lbs less. I could really tell the difference. I've been working out so much lately that I'm not really sore except for my feet hurt. That's it. I think that is pretty good.
