Recenly I lost my dad and monitoring my weight to reach my goal has become second to all else. The only thing I have been keeping track of is what I eat which has helped me maintain at 200 pounds. I back on board ready to get back on the treadmill atleast 3 times a week, focus on my weight training and abs. Although times are tough I am focus on reaching my goal weight of 170.
