I am a little suprised this week. I splurged and had a small portion of ice cream last night and again tonight. I am still losing weight. I know it is much slower because of this but I am okay with it being slow.
I have been having trouble getting in the recommended 1800 calories everyday. I believe that is why I am still losing when I eat ice cream.
However, I know this cannot be the norm. I keep looking toward the first goal of getting below 210. I truly believe that setting small, reachable goals will help keep me motivated.
