Getting rid of almost all "bad" food in my apartment was a great idea. It just made sense to me. In a moment of frustration, probably geared towards growing self discipline from strict dieting, I cannot simply walk to the kitchen and eat "bad" food (except for a few boxes of noodles and rice [which i do not touch (unless I am organizing my pantry)]. In a moment of frustration, I have to really want to break the rules of my diet because I have to go all the way to the grocery store and shop for the "bad" food.
