I eat Keto with Intermittent Fasting 16/8. The site is https://www.ruled.me/guide-keto-diet/ I was also getting a bit board with the same old, but I am thankful to Jesus that I have food everyday. The recipes are are low carb, Keto (high fat). Hope this helps others. :)
