Dealing some very emotional things right. This is usually when I just eat and eat and eat and eat. I am really trying not to do that. Even though it is my cheat day I am trying to keep myself under control. Its hard since I'm an emotional eater. i need support

Desiree, if you're an emotional eater then you know there will be nothing gained but weight and you add to that weight the guilt when its over. It's not worth feeling defeated over. Look at yourself in the mirror and be of strong courage. If you can get in some fancy pj's or a nice robe and get a book to read and cuddle in bed or better yet... Go to sleep and get rested for the great day and sunrise that awaits you in the morning!

Desiree. Try this it may help or it may not only you can decide..Get a journal or just get a piece of paper and a pin. Everything that's on your mind. Right it down. It will keep your hands moving. Your mind will stay distracted writing. It will also keep you from having random thoughts in the middle of the night and waking you up. Nobody knows what the problem is besides you and if you write it down on a piece of paper, it gives you the opportunity to get everything off your chest and go back after this weight loss journey to see what your subconscious mind was really worried about. By doing this it will keep your worst fear at bay.. Hope this helps, keep your head up.
