I had a better day yesterday and I'm feeling better today, but I joined the girls and ate pizza this evening, so I'll be way over RDI. I feel like I need to give in to this low motivation - high craving week to a certain extent and not worry about it too much. As long as I check in here and stay honest, I think I'll be back on the wagon in a few days. The alternative is really fighting my feelings and consequently feeling really deprived and miserable - frankly, life's too short!
