I finally made it to the 150's i really thought when i started this i would never see anything in the 150's but now that i am eating right and exercising i feel so good =} Its hard to believe that i have lost 21 lbs and i feel great!!!!!! I am also proud of myself for NOT cheating on thanksgiving it was alot easier then i thought it would be now just got get through christmas and new years =}~ i hope everyone else is doing good!!!!!
