[i]Well.. this looks more like ME. 132.5 lbs... Whew! I really thought that I am losing it and gaining back all of a sudden, for no good reason.
I had a great weekend watching the Olympics... I am cheering for so many countries that it's never a loss when I watch the competitions! lol.. works for me! :)
Today is a family day in a few provinces in Canada... however, the company I work for is federally regulated and I don't get to sleep in... I get to work... .. . but of course it is a slow day and a day to catch up with everything while relaxing, so here I am... catching up with my journal!!! LOL.. :)))
No need to say that all my work is done prior to my journal! :) I am a reliable and committed worker!
Because the gym closes early today(6pm) I won't get to workout either, but that is kinda ok.. I will rest tonight and kick-it back from tomorrow on... just enough time to let go of TOM... annyoing!
Oh I did take the "special tea" on Saturday... and by the end of the day my digestive system got a nice cleaning... flush flush.. I think that too made my weight go back to its normalish! Feels good to have a flat feeling on my stomach... not being bloated and no need to release gas... .. .
