Not looking forward to tomorrow and trying to expend 1300 calories by just WALKING BRISKLY. Today's walking hurt my foot and nearly got me run down on the road (amazing how car drivers think they own the road). However, it might help to use some slightly different muscles until the elliptical parts arrive
